How you wake up after 8 hours of sleep feeling like you never slept at all. How you've become dependent on coffee not because you enjoy it, but because you genuinely cannot function without it.

How you've watched your body change in ways that feel out of your control and the worst part isn't the weight itself. It's that you don't recognize yourself anymore. You catch your reflection and feel like a stranger looking back. You reschedule events. You avoid certain photos. Before you do anything, we build a complete wellness profile together on our call, so everything you receive during the challenge is built around your body, your schedule, and your specific goals.

You get full access to an app with meal plans, recipes, and workouts from beginner to advanced  designed to be done at home or in the gym. If your week gets disrupted (and life will), there is always an option that fits. No excuses needed, because we already planned for real life.

I personally check in on you on Day 1, 3, 7, 14, and 21 — specifically because I know exactly when people quit. Those predictable dip points are when you'll hear from me. You won't be white-knuckling it alone wondering if anyone notices because I will.

You'll join a private accountability group of women in the exact same season of life as you, same challenges, same goals, same commitment. On the days you want to stop, you won't, because you're not doing this alone and you won't want to let them down either.

The investment into the program comes after the call, not before. The only thing being asked of you right now is 30 minutes of your time.

After our call — which costs nothing, to participate in the upcoming 21 day challenge, you'll need to make an investment into the lifestyle nutrition program designed to give your body the macro and micro nutrients that you need.

Everything else — the personal check-in for 21 days, the accountability group, the meal plans and recipe you'd be given, the coach access is completely free.
